Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues or service inquiries promptly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services to meet departmental targets.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product catalogs.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
