Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via real-time chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (response time, CSAT scores)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support multiple brands simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat windows
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
