Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via text-based chat within 2-minute response SLA
- Provide product support and troubleshooting for local Fort Worth-based clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Identify trends to improve local service offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience via chat/email
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM with 95% accuracy)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Excellent written communication with neutral Texas dialect
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat conversations
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
