Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support via web and mobile platforms
- Resolve technical issues and customer inquiries within SLAs
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Exceptional typing speed (45+ WPM) and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
