Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (or training)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid government-issued photo ID for daily pay
