Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and update client records using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Denver-based teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics for call volume and resolution time
- Identify process improvement opportunities for local client needs
- Maintain compliance with federal/state consumer protection regulations
- Participate in monthly training to enhance service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Authorized to work in the United States
