- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases within SLA timelines
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics

- Maintain 95%+ quality assurance scores during call monitoring
- Support cross-functional projects during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in local market environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Midwestern dialect fluency
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure during high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for potential client site visits)
