- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions with efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer retention
- Maintain strict compliance with privacy regulations and company protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
