Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product inquiries, and service complaints using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Reliable transportation for occasional team meetings
