- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve service issues using CRM systems while maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call resolution time and CSAT scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) with strong computer navigation skills
