Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide product and service information to customers to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
