Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats from Milwaukee residents
- Resolve inquiries regarding billing, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with local team members to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
