Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats for Los Angeles-based customers
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in a B2C environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
