Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries and complaints using our CRM system
- Process orders and update customer information accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet daily performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions in our proprietary database
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- U.S. work authorization required
