Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from Long Beach customers with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with local teams to improve community-specific support processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training to master new products and regulations
- Support community outreach initiatives during local events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in local business context
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, friendly phone presence
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with multitasking capability
- Valid California driver's license for occasional local travel
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
