Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding local services

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in local/regional role

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional field visits)
