Responsibilities
- Handle in-person, phone, and digital customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Process local service requests and coordinate with field technicians
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer trust
- Collaborate with Austin-based teams to improve service delivery
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
