Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, service, and technical issues using CRM systems and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in local market setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID for onboarding
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
