Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and adhere to compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolutions
- Actively participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer retention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
