Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for local Fort Worth clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with regional teams to address localized service gaps
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local/regional markets
- Strong communication skills with Southern Texas accent proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
