Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update system records.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and quality standards to ensure a high level of service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the support team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for the Hiring Event.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attitude: Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
