Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability for weekday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
