Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer pain points and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
