Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product inquiries, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or willingness to learn through paid training
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional local client meetings
