Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product inquiries efficiently
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
