Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-person and remote customer support for Boston-based clients during weekend shifts
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with local teams to address regional service gaps and improve client satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery for Boston and New York markets
- Participate in weekend training sessions to master new tools and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably with weekend or shift work
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate diverse Boston communities
