- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and CSAT scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
