Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with local teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Support weekend shift operations (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
