Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using established scripts and guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote.
