Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and accuracy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications while maintaining compliance
- Document interactions thoroughly in Salesforce and internal databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Participate in weekend hiring events to onboard new team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings
