- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with local partners to ensure seamless service delivery across Orleans Parish
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through feedback analysis
- Adhere to compliance standards for Louisiana consumer protection regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience with remote work capability
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods, culture, and local services
