Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Inspect shipments for damages and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Liaise with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics routes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation and reports.
- Mentor junior staff and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
