Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations during the handover.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old to operate warehouse machinery.
