Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory audits during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet Apex Logistics standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels and generate operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
