Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Complete daily paperwork, including logbooks and inventory reports.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and paperwork.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
