Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99.5% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/hour, 90% CSAT, <2% abandonment rate
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams for seamless issue escalation
- Adhere to PCI/DSS compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Flexible availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Ability to multitask across voice, chat, and email channels
