Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and quality scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with strong computer navigation proficiency
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
