Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for healthcare clients
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding insurance claims and billing
- Maintain accurate documentation in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in quarterly skills development workshops
- Support disaster recovery protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic medical terminology knowledge required
