Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR) while maintaining quality standards
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in real-time
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Adhere to PCI/DSS compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Availability for night shifts (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM-7 AM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Pass background check and pre-employment assessment
