Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with efficiency
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Adhere to strict compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Comfortable working flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
