Responsibilities

- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in quarterly training for product updates
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance during sensitive interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for potential site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
