- Adhere to HIPAA/FCC compliance protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, web browsers)
- Problem-solving mindset with customer focus
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
