- Document interactions accurately using CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution times, and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
