Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including AHT and CSAT targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service quality
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance during all interactions
- Participate in monthly training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual a strong plus
