Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call volume, quality scores)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Typing speed: 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
