Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs (call time, CSAT, resolution rate)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
- Support weekend/holiday coverage as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX
