- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and knowledge base systems
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through active listening
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issue escalation
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skills development
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable internet
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multi-tasking ability
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, weekends required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
