- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with zero-error standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with tech teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skill-building workshops
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Flexible availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude
