Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support issues
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Achieve monthly performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and efficiency
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and skills development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone presence
- Ability to type 35+ WPM while maintaining active listening
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT, including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
