Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling, CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with empathy for customer needs
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
